These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Baseball Card Scout located at baseballcardscout.com (the “Site”), including any memberships, subscriptions, content, and services offered through the Site (collectively, the “Services”). The Site is owned and operated by Robert Anderson (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase a membership or make purchases on the Site. By using the Site, you confirm you meet this requirement.
3) Accounts & Security
To access certain features (including member-only content), you may need to create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current information
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
4) Memberships, Subscriptions, and Billing
Membership Plans
Baseball Card Scout may offer free and paid membership plans that provide different levels of access. Plan details, benefits, pricing, and billing cadence (monthly/annual, etc.) are shown at checkout or on the membership page and may be updated from time to time.
Recurring Billing
If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis unless and until you cancel.
Price Changes
We may change membership prices in the future. If your plan price changes, we will provide notice as required by applicable law and/or through the Site before the change takes effect.
5) Cancellations
You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@baseballcardscout.com.
- Cancellation stops future billing.
- Unless stated otherwise at checkout, your access may continue until the end of your current billing period.
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused time in a billing cycle unless required by law.
6) Refund Policy
Unless a specific refund policy is shown at checkout or required by law, all sales are final.
If you believe you were billed in error, contact support@baseballcardscout.com and we will review the issue.
7) Digital Products and Downloads (If Applicable)
If Baseball Card Scout sells digital products (downloads, PDFs, templates, guides, etc.), you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use them for your own purposes.
You may not:
- Share, resell, redistribute, or post them publicly
- Upload them to file-sharing or “free download” sites
- Repackage them as your own product or use them to create competing products
8) Educational Purposes Only / No Financial Advice
All content on Baseball Card Scout is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Baseball Card Scout is not a financial advisor, broker, or tax professional. You understand and agree that:
- We do not guarantee profits or investment results.
- Sports cards can be volatile, illiquid, and risky.
- Any purchases or decisions you make based on information from the Site are your responsibility.
If you need professional advice, consult a qualified professional.
9) User Content (Comments, Posts, Submissions)
If you submit content to the Site (comments, reviews, forum posts, emails, suggestions, etc.), you grant Baseball Card Scout a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as part of operating, improving, and promoting the Services.
You agree not to submit content that is:
- Illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, or defamatory
- Spam or promotional without permission
- Infringing on someone else’s rights
- Containing malware or harmful code
We may remove content at our discretion.
10) Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Share your login or allow others to use your membership
- Copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, or distribute Site content without written permission
- Use bots, crawlers, or automated tools to access the Site in a way that disrupts service
- Attempt to bypass paywalls, access controls, or security features
- Reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with Site operations
We may suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are violating these Terms.
11) Intellectual Property
All Site content and materials (including text, graphics, logos, videos, member-only tools, layouts, and compilations) are owned by Robert Anderson or properly licensed.
You may not use any trademarks, branding, or copyrighted content from Baseball Card Scout without written permission.
12) Limited License to Use the Site
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your own use.
This does not allow:
- Republishing or redistributing our content
- Creating derivative works from our content
- Using our content commercially without written consent
13) Third-Party Links & Services
The Site may include links to third-party sites or services (including payment processors, analytics, and affiliate partners). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or actions.
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
14) Affiliate Disclosure (If Applicable)
Some pages may include affiliate links. That means Baseball Card Scout may earn a commission if you purchase through those links, at no extra cost to you.
We only recommend products or services we believe may be useful, but you should always do your own research before buying.
15) Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee that:

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Robert Anderson / Baseball Card Scout will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, lost data, or business interruption.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
17) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Robert Anderson, and any employees, contractors, and partners, from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:
- Your use of the Site
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your infringement of any third-party rights
18) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if we believe you violated these Terms or misused the Services.
If your account is terminated:
- Your right to access member-only content ends immediately (or as permitted by law)
- You remain responsible for any unpaid charges
19) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top will reflect changes.
Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
20) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, unless a different dispute resolution method is required by law.
21) Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in effect.
22) Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with any policies referenced (including the Privacy Policy), form the entire agreement between you and Baseball Card Scout regarding your use of the Site.
